Swipik utilizes advanced security and end-to-end encryption to provide private messaging, audio and video calls, and other services to users worldwide (“Services”). Your calls and messages are always encrypted, so they can never be viewed by anyone but yourself and the intended recipients. This Policy does not apply to third-party resources to which the Services may link, where Swipik does not control the content or the privacy practices of such resources.
1.Information We Collect
Swipik collects the following data: personal information provided by you, information required for customs clearance and relevant shipping information, usage and log information, device and connection information.
2.How We collect your Data
2.1.Data you provide
2.1.1.Information that identifies you, such as government issued ID (e.g. social security number), date of birth, tax identification numbers (such as VAT identification number), identification documents and information contained on IDs, selfie photos, and other information (such as credit card, bank account information etc.) that you provide when using our payment and other services.
2.1.2.Seller Information. Sellers shall be required to provide additional personal information, such as, government-issued ID (e.g. social security number), date of birth, tax identification numbers (such as VAT identification number), identification documents and information contained on IDs, selfie photos, and other information (such as credit card, bank account information etc.) that you provide when using our payment and other services as a seller.
2.1.3.Buyer Information. Buyers shall be required to provide additional personal information, such as, government-issued ID (e.g. social security number), date of birth, tax identification numbers (such as VAT identification number), identification documents and information contained on IDs, selfie photos, and other information (such as credit card, bank account information etc.) that you provide when using our payment and other services as a buyer.
2.1.4.Information concerning purchases, sales, or bids related to the transactions between Users.
2.1.5.Financial information (e.g. credit card and account numbers, transaction details, and form of payment).
2.1.6.Shipping, billing, and other information you provide, as well as information required for customs clearance (such as tax identification numbers or other identification numbers) and relevant shipping information (such as shipment numbers and tracking information) if shipped through one of our programs.
2.1.7.User Support. If you contact Swipik user support, any personal data you may share with us.
2.1.8.Managing your Information. You can manage your personal information in Swipik’s application Settings. For example, you can update your profile information or choose to enable additional privacy features.
2.2.Automatically Collected Data
2.2.1.Usage and Log Information. We collect service-related, diagnostic, and performance information. This includes information about your activity (such as how you use our Services, how you interact with others using our Services, and the like), log files, and diagnostic, crash, and performance logs and reports.
2.2.2.Device and Connection Information. We collect device-specific information when you install, access, or use our Services. This includes information such as hardware model, operating system information, browser information, IP address, mobile network information including phone number, and device identifiers. We collect device location information if you use our location features, such as when you choose to share your location with your contacts, view locations nearby or those others have shared with you, and the like, and for diagnostics and troubleshooting purposes such as if you are having trouble with our app’s location features.
2.2.3.Cookies. Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information. When you visit our websites, we may collect information from you automatically through cookies or similar technology.

2.2.4.How do we use cookies? We use cookies to operate and provide our Services, including to provide our Services that are web-based, improve your experiences, understand how our Services are being used, and customize our Services. We may also use cookies to understand which of our FAQs are most popular and to show you relevant content related to our Services. Additionally, we may use cookies to remember your choices, such as your language preferences, and otherwise to customize our Services for you.
2.2.5.Status Information. We collect information about your online and status message changes on our Services, such as whether you are online, when you last used our Services and when you last updated your status message.

For example, we work with companies to distribute our Services, provide our infrastructure, delivery, and other systems, help us understand how people use our Services, and market our Services. 2.3.2.Third-Party Services. We allow you to use our Services in connection with third-party services. If you use our Services with such third-party services, we may receive information about you from them; for example, when login in via Google/Facebook we will collect personal data from the such third party provider. Please note that when you use third-party services, their own terms and privacy policies will govern your use of those services.
3.How will we Use your Data
3.1.We use all the information we have to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services.
3.2.We work with third parties to provide some of our Services. These providers are bound by their Privacy Policies to safeguard that information.
3.3.Other instances where Swipik may need to share your data include:

3.3.5.To protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of Swipik, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law.
3.3.6.In connection with a business deal, or negotiate a business deal, involving the sale or transfer of all or a part of Swipik's business or assets. These deals can include any merger, financing, acquisition, or bankruptcy transaction or proceeding.
4.Managing Your Information
If you would like to manage, change, limit, or delete your information, we allow you to do that through the following tools:
4.1.Services Settings. You can change your Services settings to manage certain information available to other users. You can manage your [ ] to manage the users with whom you communicate.
4.2.Deleting Your Account.
4.2.1.You may delete your Swipik account at any time (including if you want to revoke your consent to our use of your information). To delete your account with Swipik, please contact us at: support@swipik.com
4.2.2.When you delete your account, your undelivered messages are deleted from our servers as well as any of your other information we no longer need to operate and provide our Services. Please remember that when you delete your account, it does not affect the information other users have relating to you, such as their copy of the messages you sent them.
5.Marketing
5.1.Swipik would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies: FACEBOOK, GOOGLE and TWILIO.
5.2.If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
5.3.You have the right at any time to stop Swipik from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the Swipik Group.

6.GDPR and International Transfers.
6.1.All collection, processing and storing of personal data is performed in accordance with the Regulations (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and the Company’s processing will take place in accordance with the GDPR. 6.2.Your information, including personal information that we collect from you, may be transferred to, stored at and processed by us and our affiliates and other third parties outside the country in which you reside, including, but not limited to the United States, where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world. By using our App, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy. One such step we will take to ensure the security of your personal information is to enter into “standard” contract clauses approved by the European Commission with Data Processors (as defined by GDPR) which ensure your personal information is given the same protection it has in Europe.
